Hello! I am a psychotherapist in the Denver area. I believe that the problem is the problem; the person is not the problem. Problems exist outside of who we are, and we become troubled when the problem becomes part of our identity. We create meaning in our lives based on the story we have developed of who we are. Problem saturated stories can become oppressive. Creating space between the person and the problem helps to provide the ability to find the hidden possibilities within, and to change the outcome and re-author the story. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and I am also an independent facilitator of Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® curriculum. Individuals, couples, families and children welcome.
